Our members have access to a trusted, private network of peers, mentors, and leaders who are navigating similar challenges and milestones.
To qualify for membership, applicants must:
- Have 8+ years of professional experience with a demonstrated trajectory toward leadership or creative impact.
- Be an emerging leader or creative innovator, having achieved exceptional milestones in your respective field.
- Express a genuine interest in connection and collaboration, offering mentorship, sharing value, and participating in our events and conversations.
- Maintain a LinkedIn profile or an alternative verified platform for identity validation. Exceptions can be made for those without LinkedIn—just let us know, and we’ll work with you to confirm your credentials.
